Norwegian Cruise Line is offering last-minute deals on Halloween cruises. The Norwegian Majesty’s six-day cruise departing Charleston Oct. 28 is priced from $299 per person. The Norwegian Pearl’s five-day Western Caribbean cruise from Miami, departing Oct. 28, is priced from $429. Pride of America’s seven-day Hawaii cruise from Honolulu departs Oct. 27 at prices starting at $399. The Pride of Hawaii’s weeklong sailing from Honolulu departs Oct. 29 and is priced from $499. All NCL and NCL America ships sailing over Oct. 31 will feature Halloween festivities including haunted house theme parties, trick-or-treating, dance and costume contests and festive entertainment.
For example, Norwegian Star will have an 80s-themed Halloween Prom, a haunted house and a performance of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” by the ship’s dancers. Norwegian Sun will offer “trick or treat” bingo, a children’s haunted house and midnight horror movie screenings. Pride of America will feature a celebrity look-a-like contest, a spooky maze and a “Monster Mash” with band, along with a Halloween carnival for children. All ships will also feature Halloween-themed cocktails such as the Vampire, made with vodka, black raspberry liqueur and cranberry juice, along with Dracula’s Kiss, made with black cherry vodka, grenadine and cola. Buffet treats will include pecan caramel spiders, pumpkin bars, ghoulish cup cakes, peanut butter pie and more.
